The customer service staff are very polite, very pleasant and accommodating.
Great service and reasonable price. Vince the technician fixed the problem and took the time to show and explain to me what was being repaired.
I had a 5-star experience. Ebru greeted me with the most positive words and guided me through the process before I received a call from Hema (apologies if I misspelled the name), who is the appointment specialist. She booked me for the most convenient time. The technician was courteous and professional. While it’s a bit more expensive than doing it yourself, it’s totally understandable, as they are an experienced company.
This place was recommended by our building management. The customer service was horrible. They gave us a very broad window time when the technician will be coming. Pretty much from morning to late afternoon. My husband had to call multiple times to confirm the technician was coming because it was coming close to the end of the time window they gave us. After going back and forth, they told us to wait another 2 hrs or the next day again!!! After arguing with them, they had a technician come after we waited for 6hrs! I didn’t ... read more
