Helpful and handsome! This young man knew things about taxation and financing options that no other agents even mentioned to us. We weren't another "sale"... He showed us one option that made us significantly more money with even using him at all. He cared about our bottom line more than his, and that was very refreshing!
Overall, Cliff Totherow was very helpful in the purchase of our new home. He walked us through all the details of the process and worked out all the kinks that came up along the way. This is the best Realtor I've ever met. He out negotiated everyone else and still got us cash back at the closing table. We were truly amazed and impressed.
