I'm not thrilled with them right now as the (out of state) daughter of a patient trying to find out what's going on and no one's returned my calls today.
After wasting a trip to Newark on Tuesday 1/23 for no results for severe back pain I went to Clifton ER on Wed 1/24 and received great care and results! The nursing staff and Doctor were fantastic! They took the time and steps to diagnose the issues and treated me accordingly! Thanks again to all the staff to help on my road to recovery!
I had to go to your ER this past Saturday, 1/30 for aweful pain in my leg due to a Baker's Cyst behind my knee. I was crying when my husband brought me in with a wheel chair. The sweet lady at the desk immediately called for a nurse while my husband signed me in. My nurse, Heather was the best. Along with Terry and another young lady (sorry, I cannot remember her name).
