This company is a JOKE!?!?!?!? I've been a tenant since October of 2020. I have never been loud, never been late, never had an issue. My rent was $750 every month until I resigned my lease in October of 2021 to which it only went up to $775 for my studio loft. The late fee's being $75 on the 7th of every month. I recently started a new job which meant my pay schedule was off-no worries.
