This place is amazing! This is the best workout I have ever had- the hour flies by- the instructors are awesome- supportive and motivating! I feel amazing and actually look forward to working out!
Over the past two months I have lost 10lbs, am on a much better sleep schedule and have better self-esteem. I would definitely recommend ILKB to anyone who is bored with their regular gym routine.
