The classes are fun, the staff is amazing, and the workouts are effective! 3 weeks in and I already see a huge improvement in my endurance and some awesome muscle growth! Highly recommend this place!!

I've done the gym thing including boxing classes there. Nothing compares to ILKB! The staff are so supportive and encouraging! The music is pumping and it's such a great atmosphere. Love it here!
This is the best workout ever! Kickboxing is so much fun and the instructors really challenge you to get better and stronger everytime you go! I highly recommend it
