Wait times are outrageous. They won't even let you wait inside. You have to wait in your car. The thing that really bothered me was this. I got a full-body look over. I'm basically naked with just a gown on. When she was done, she said I could get dressed while she wrote up her notes. I didn't bcz I didn't feel comfortable getting dressed in front of her. I’ve been going to this practice for the past few years. The reoccurring problem I’ve had here is the front desk staff… I can’t take their rudeness and unprofessionalism anymore. Only accepting cash/check was always an inconvenience for me, but not the end of the world. However, having to deal with attitude and rudeness from staff EVERY interaction is absurd. Friendly staff and very accommodating!
Dr. Grant is a wonderful dermatologist very knowledgeable you might have to wait a little but she will do whatever she can so you don’t have to come back. Her staff is very nice and will accommodate whatever you need. Dr. Grant is very knowledgeable on skin care and she’s a wonderful person I highly recommend Dr. Gretchen Grant
Dr. Grant was amazing, and I’m very happy with the care I received. Unlike other dermatologists in the area, I was able to book an appointment within a week of calling. Most places are booked months out, so this was a pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and helped me find a time that worked for me. Dr. Grant took the time to listen and was very thorough during the visit. I highly recommend her!
