Unfortunately, after being reassigned to Cooper Clifton, communication and responsiveness declined significantly, and I was not allowed to continue working with Canyon. I would like to just say while I did not have business with this firm, because I reached out to the wrong company, the representative that followed up with me was friendly and very helpful. He looked up the contact information for the company I was looking for and shared it with me. To me that was above and beyond what was expected, but greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service.
