I got the 1 hour cleansing facial and absolutely loved it! My skin feels deeply cleansed without being sensitised. I have very sensitive skin, rosacea and acne. Melinda is a beautiful soul and made me feel so safe and welcome. Her space is spotless. She performed extractions with precision and gave incredible advice about ongoing care for my skin. She shared that she has over 20 years in the business and I felt that during my appointment. Cannot wait to rebook! Highly recommend :)

I recently had my full arms sugar-waxed, a process that typically takes no more than 10-15 minutes at most places, as I’ve had it done many times before at other places.However, this session took 50 minutes, and to my disappointment, the top half of my arms, towards my shoulders, was not even properly done. Worst experience ever. Asked for an hour electrolysis treatment. Walked in she asked me to lay down and I told her I booked in for an hour electrolysis treatment. I could tell she was somehow unhappy about it which I found strange. While laying there she stated that I wouldn’t need an hour which again I found strange as I would need a few goes.
