DO NOT MOVE HERE! I live in Cranberry Estates owned by Clifton Court Apartments. This place is awful! No matter how clean you keep the apartment there are constant ants & spiders(bit twice). None of the parents who live here supervise their kids playing outside. They kick balls at windows, doors and cars. They even play in stairways of other tenants.There is no room for parking at night.The neighbors are not friendly at all. This is the worst complex in Clifton Park. They do everything half ass., but they are all about getting their money. There are always spiders and aunts and it takes forever for someone to come spray. Our ceiling completely collapsed and instead of fixing it correctly, they did it half ass by screwing up the ceiling and painting over it, instead of re-sheet rocking it like they promised they would. I love my apartment. It is so quiet and peaceful. The office staff is excelent. They are always friendly. This is a safe, quiet place to live.
THE STAFF DOES NOT RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS AND THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR CREDIT APP WHEN THE PERSON WAS ALREADY APPROVED BY THE SAME OWNER BUT JUST A DIFFERENT BUILDING.THE GIRL IN THE OFFICE IS TOTALLY RUDE AND THEY THINK THERE APARTMENTS ARE THAT NICE TO PUT UP WITH THEIR RUDENESS.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EVEN APPLY HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONES SITUATION ITS FUNNY THEY SAID I WASNT APPROVED BUT I JUST GOT APPROVED IN A WAY BETTER COMPLEX SO NO BIG DEAL THEY SHOULD REALLY RETURN MY TWENTY DOLLARS BACK AND FOR WASTIN... read more
