For a wedding last week we booked a block of room for our guest to rent and stay while celebrating. The hotel received all the information for who was staying that was in our wedding party and agreed to hand out welcome bags with important information for the weekend along with snacks and special gifts. The hotel did not give out the bags or reach out to us to let us know they were still in the office. Upon calling Sunday to pick them up I was informed that they were thrown in the garbage.
