Let be clear: if you go with Cliff Pools and Patios, expect high price, poor service & zero accountability.We paid more than $4 000 on having our pool resurfaced and ended up, 2 weeks after their work, with a pool that looked WORSE than before: all we heard was every reason it was only our fault and , even better, that even if we were to pay him another $ 1 200 acid wash service, we were lectured as to why he couldn????????????t guarantee that the scaling would not reappear weeks or even days later. The Homeowners pool was excellent when we turned it over to him. He ruined his own pool and now wants us to fix it. Disregard his comments as they are completely false. We can document it.
A team of true professionals! Each and every person I had contact with was courteous and took care of any situation. I had a real time crunch to resurface my pool and they exceeded expectations!

Excellent, professional and timely pool and concrete deck renovation. All employees were freindly, courteous and conscientious in completing their work as scheduled. The completed renovation looks truly outstanding. Highly recommend the company.
