Do you know the worst thing about posting a review about a company is that you you are so frustrated at the time and then you realise that it really wasn’t as bad as you thought and then the KICKER IS YOU CAN’T take the post down. Cliffs pools have done an amazing job for me and I would highly recommend them. I know that’s not what my first post said. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT USE CLIFF'S POOLS!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO WARRANTY I HAD MY POOL RESURFACED AND NOW ALL I HAVE IS CALCIUM DEPOSITS ALL OVER MY POOL YOU CALL THEM AND THEY BLAME EVERONE ELSE THEY DONT WANT TO VISIT TO INSPECT THEIR TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP UNLESS THEY GET PAID $140 AND THEN THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT ITS NOT THEM. Cliff's completed a resurfacing job back in February 2021. Overall the job was "fine", not great. Pool definitely looks better than it did before. However, we paid a little extra for their "krystal blue" color since their pictures showed a very beautiful, bright blue. While the end product was nice, it was not the level of brightness that they led us to believe, so on that front we felt a bit misled. Hired to do my pool resurface and complete deck remodel--It took much longer than contracted for---they tried to increase my contract after the deck was ripped up- and the overall quality of installation was substandard that I had to demand they come back and do correctly--Would definitely not use this company again---Honesty and integrity are not their 1st priority--$$$ are.

This review is patently false. This customer's job started & completed on-time, and any reference to quality relates to substandard work done previously by a different contractor, and was repaired during our construction project. The customer approved the finalization of the project (which came out exceptional), and we 100% dispute this completely false review.
My job took much longer than they initially stated--the pool tile clean up process was terrible-- Cliffs tried to increase my contracted price after they had my deck ripped out and I had to have them come back to redo parts of the job that they cut corners to get completed which was insulting. I am a local Ft Lauderdale real estate agent and would never recommend this company, given my experience. Cliffs Pools entire team made our pool renovation successful. I urge anyone thinking about pool update to give these guys a call. Customer service very experienced and kept me informed through every step. The tile and surface teams were very talented and experience showed through entire job. Clean, polite, and kept me updated. RecommendedWe selected Cliff’s to resurface our pool. Their service is amazing. From the initial sales visit and at each step along the way, they were professional and explained every detail of the process. We are still filling the pool and elected their fire up service for 30 days. Look forward to seeing the final product in 30 days. Pictures coming soon...
