After running nonstop for 5 days, our Generac needed a maintenance check. Tom R. from Cliff’s came by and changed the oil and made sure everything was good. Tom was very professional, efficient and polite. Great customer service.
We have used Cliff's Heating and Cooling to install and service our home generator since 2011. They have also serviced our AC when the capacitor went out. Their service was always professional and incredibly quick during an emergency outage. ( I know that this may not be the experience right now during our 100 mph storm which occurred on 8/11/2026, but they were impacted too). Tonight about 7 PM our Generac simply stopped! It is 18 years old, so my first thought the engine locked up. No green light! I contacted Cliff’s Immediately. It was after hours on a Saturday and she sent the on call tech out. Ed S. was here in 25 minutes and got to work. Oil and filter change, rocker arm adjustments and we were back in business!
Cliff’s is the best! We had our generator quit tonight. We have been without power for 4 days! We contacted their emergency number. Ed Sajdera came out in 25 minutes…worked in the dark for over an hour and got our generator up and running.
