Today I went into Cliff's and and received awful service. I have been going to he wash for years, was told by employee "Coty" a tall dark hair kid that wears a hood over his face every time I've seen him, "to get my ass in the back of he line," though I had waited on the side I always pull up in been approached by another attendant who knew I was waiting to go through the wash.
