The cliffs also gave me the run around. At first they told me that the apartment would be ready towards the end of the month, but that I could put down the deposit to hold the apartment. I went to do that and no one would even open the door. I heard l;oud music playing but the doors were locked. When I called back they told me that the apartment was available yet. I think these people so FAVORTISM!!!
