Dr. Roffis is excellent. He spends time to make sure you not only have the right prescription but also that your eye health is on track. He found a strange issue, researched it, shared the images and cited the medical journals to let me know that all was ok. He is just great! His office staff is personable and helpful. It is a one stop shop - you can get glasses right after your appointment and they are always there to do adjustments to the glasses if needed.
Dr Roffis worked diligently with my vision issues and has great patience with our kids
I have been going to Dr. Roffis for 30 years or more. He is a wonderful eye doctor and a very good person.
I’ve been going to them for 30+ years. I trust them to do what is needed and never feel like I’m pushed to spend more. I like all the people that I’ve dealt with in the office.
My wife was very disappointed with the office staff. There was a small problem with submitting to her insurance and they would not resubmit. She felt like she was gouged. Also they couldn’t explain her invoice to her. Very horrible experience over all. She will never use them again and neither will I because of a similar experience I had several years ago.
