Very dissenting visit today� Ordered contact lenses and gave the contact lens person specific instructions to use my remaining allowance of my annual spending limit to the balance� When I get here before closing the rep is gone and the skeletal staff won’t release the lenses without me paying out of pocket� No one else can help� From 5:35pm when I left work I stayed on hold for 22 minutes to walk in and find absolutely no one in the waiting area being served and no other calls waiting�
