The front office staff are great. Wait time is brief. Fairly easy to get seen within a week or two. When I was taken to a room, first a tech came in to enter details of my MRI into the computer. My presence was not required. Next a doctor entered with whom I had not made an appointment. He was confrontational and did not address the reason I was there but insisted I had some obscure tears in my toes giving me ‘hammer toes.’ My toes lie completely flat. Quick service, in the waiting room to the procedure room. Easy check in and out. Personable staff and. My procedure was quick and painless.
Dr. Mah was great, very thorough and honest when it came to my ankle and what needed to be done. All of his staff pre op and post op were extremely helpful and welcoming everytime I’ve had an appointment or an issue. Highly reccomend Dr. Mah.
