I was kind of afraid because I believed that I would live without a procedure, but Dr Deal and his staff changed this being very lovely and attentive and patient with me. He made me understand everything and gave me the peace that I needed to go trough this.
Dr. Deal is outstanding! His “bedside manner” is the best I have experienced. When he stopped by to see me shortly before surgery, I felt so peaceful and assured by his visit; I have never felt that calm before prior surgeries. His entire staff, medical and administrative, are also totally committed to providing professional care. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience throughout the surgery process.
Great communication explains procedure, post op so you know what will be happening and can call with any questions. Very helpful staff and they make ylu feel at ease!

I definitely would recommend Clifford Deal for General Surgery. He took his time to explain exactly what he would do on the day of surgery, he projects the confidence I look for in a surgeon (I am sorry to say I have had 10 different surgeries in the past 10 years), he has an excellent bedside manner, and he did a great job with my surgery. I would go back to him if needed, but he did such a great job it looks like I won't need to see him again!
During a time of great anxiety and stress, Dr. Deal not only provided excellent care but also kindness and compassion.
I have nothing but gratitude and admiration for Dr. Deal and his staff. Their caring compassion and attention to detail were so comforting for me and my family. He has my utmost confidence, therefore I won't hesitate to recommend him to others. My heartfelt thanks to everyone there!
Would 100% recommend Dr Deal for breast surgery. He is kind and compassionate, I was scared to death of my cancer dx but he talked to my husband and I for over an hour reviewing my options and giving me the knowledge I needed to move forward. He called me on the phone to answer my questions after the initial meeting. His nurse and staff are superb. Dr Deal is the best of the best!!
Dr. Deal was a compassionate and caring doctor. He thoroughly explained my health situation and prior to his performing surgery for me, the need for him to seek counsel from another specialist who has treated me in the past year. As a result of his prompt consultation with that specialist I was given an appointment with the other specialist within 2 days. Thanks Dr. Deal for being straight forward with me concerning my surgical needs and promptly laying out a treatment plan. .
