Took my 2018 Forester in for its first 6 month checkup today. A very enjoyable experience! The friendly service staff did the checkup while we waited in a very nice waiting room wit coffee and snacks ! Was done in a fast and efficient manner. Thank you. we are very happy with your service!!

Good guys, very friendly and understanding. When the time is right for me to buy a brand new car it will be a wrx from Cliff Wall.
I bought a car from them back in August and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. They were patient with me and all my questions and they answered them all in a timely matter. They have great customer service and selection of new, used, and certified cars to choose from. I would definitely purchase from them again when the next car is needed.

Horrible, every time I go there I have to explain what I need, or what I need done... Just went tool my diff in to be shimmed as I just didn't feel like doing it myself... They couldn't find the procedure in their manual... To which the copy I have on my personal computer (I am not a mechanic, or affiliated with any shop/dealership or Subaru for that matter) is currently open to the exact procedure... Also have an older manual, for the older procedure.... And parts department always needs a 5 page essay for an explanation on... read more
