An issue arises my car, I called to try to get it in as soon as possible. They first said they would try to fit it in sometime this week. when I drop my car off they found some open time that day and was able to figure out what was wrong and fix it that day. I greatly appreciated the service and the flexibility of the crew they have always shown me good service throughout just normal oil changes and normal services!

First time buyer of a brand new car and Lane couldn't of been the better salesman. He coached me through the purchase, showed me more about the car I was interested in than what a previous dealer had, and was easy to talk to and get to know. I even had another salesperson congratulate me and tell me she loves the car upon pulling out. Loving my new Subaru Crosstrek and excited to continue the relationship with this dealer!
Very nice people. They did very well on my car they fixed my recalls. But it wasn’t a big deal I fixed it but I had a volume knob for my base and the guy that put my dash together actually put it in the Dash like it was stuck in there and I couldn’t use it. so I had to tear parts of the dash apart to bring it back where it was. And they knocked out my antenna for my radio. It was an aftermarket thing. So I’m not really mad it was an easy fix. But they did a beautiful job :-)
Had a wonderful experience at Cliff Wall. Robin was amazing and I love my new Subaru Forester!
