Obviously a place that does not understand a non-traditional rental situation. Judgmental towards single moms, part-time workers, poor credit and big families. They want "good on paper" people. Not truthfulness. Come here if you want a brutal, hurtful lecture on all the things you've done wrong in life. Chris was always a great landlord to me. I definatly appreciated his attentiveness and his willingness to be there to help me with any issue that may have arose. Chris is a very nice person and has always been very respectful to me and my son. I would definitely recommend him! Thanks for everything Chris! Out of all my landlords you were my favorite!
