This is a COop, not really rentals, unless owner direct.
Ive had family live here for years. Its a beautiful devolpment, has plenty of amenities, and they maintain high standards for residents. If you are ok with living in a HOA and you are over 55 then this place is for you.
I would think twice before buying or renting here. Not for the over 55 community. You can do much better than this place that has no security or guards. No clubhouse. The pool is horrible. Homeless as well as drunks leave their garbage all over. Very noisy. BTW Cliff Lake Villas is NOT accredited by the Better Business Bureau
