Gate had been broke since lived here
My ceiling started leaking 3 months ago. I am on the 2nd floor. Now over time it has turned darker in color which I am sure means it has been molding over the 3 months. I have contacted the office multiple times. Each time maintenace and office personnel would just take pictures and leave. It took me filing a complaint with the Dept. of Justice for them to finally call me today and say they will send someone out to fix it.
Gate was always open which allowed for anyone to come in fitness center was never locked so outsiders would go in and use it rats were everywhere even in pool. Don't deal with Jamie she is NASTY.
I just needed a place to live.... Office management is terrible....very disorganized, and they don't pass information well. 🤷🏽♀️
Crystal Stokey was very helpful anytime I ever needed any help she always had a warm smile on her face and has made my experience at hidden creek very enjoyable
These apartments look nice and are a very good size, however if anything goes wrong do not look for any help from the manager, maintenance or the front office. They will actually tell you that they can not help you. The gate is always open, and there is really no security. I look forward to moving as soon as possible. However I am stuck in the lease for now. If you have a second choice, I recommend to take it.
The housing assistant Crystal is kind, helpful and handles the needs of the residents with nothing less than excellent service. I recommended 4 of my closet friends and family to Hidden Creek. Affordable and spacious.
I have lived In Hidden Creek Village FOR THREE YEARS I'M HAPPY HERE THE STAFF ARE HELPFUL IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM IT'S QUITE if you have something not working they are quick to take care of the problem a Nice Place to Live !!!!!!!!!!!!
