The Management Company is very slow to respond to requests, including fixing essential needs in apartments. The place is a continual construction zone. And if given the chance to sell the apartment you are renting, they will raise your rent the 10% allowed by law to get you out. Also note that these apartments are located in Jersey City, any cab driver in Hoboken will charge you accordingly.
I dont live there but always looks good and hope i get an invite to the next party. The last reviewer must've got kicked out by a Puerto Rican Banker!
