Horrible company. How do you appraise a home and a week later realize you put in the value wrong 4k less than before. All this a few days before closing. This person should loose their license! SCAM
Very professional and fair. A long time resident of Odessa and very knowledgable of its history and content.
I've had the misfortune of drawing this person twice for 2 separate home appraisals. He consistently low balls home values and uses comps that are unrealistic. When questioned about how he comes up with values he only offers smart mouth comments. Totally unprofessional. Don't waste your money using this incompetent appraiser.
