I signed up for this service and only got one person wanting to see the house.y house is at the $1million + price point and click it is not appropriate for an expensive house. There is not a nice sign to put in your front yard and there needs to be premarketing for an expensive house. Don't waste your $. Never had any issues selling property on Zillow. This company will tell you "Zillow actually will give you little control as they will sell your prospects off to Realtors who will then go sell mls listings. That is their business model and how they make money." That's an understatement. I made plenty of $.
