Absolutely amazing Experience thus far! They leased to me...someone that has his fair share if rental background problems. They've been accommodating and I've had no problem with my apartment. Minor maintenance issues pop up, and they're here in 30 minutes!! Ross Richardson has done so much for me and I can't thank him enough! Thank you Ross!!
Absolutely the worst and least professional management company I have ever worked with. As stated in other reviews, there is no communication, and you do have to practically harass them to get anything done. Today, I had to file a police report again Ross Richardson who works through this company and I filed a complaint through the Texas Real Estate Commission, regarding his behavior towards residents.
