I had LVP installed 5 years ago by Click It and I'm still upset with this company. First, they left the house a mess. Dust and debris all over. Then, they refused to give me an itemized receipt that broke down materials and labor (I especially wanted this because we took it upon ourselves to do the demo of taking out the old flooring, which was supposed to save us over $1,000). Tried to visit twice during business hours, locked and lights off. There was no response when we tried to call the number. Unprofessional.
They leveled my floors and made them flat and ripped out the carpet and installed luxury vinyl flooring
Edit: Going from 5 stars to 2. After a flood in my basement and 3 months of trying to get the owner of Click It Floors to get back to me after coming out to requote for replacement floors (no quote and no response to texts, calls, vm and email) I'm giving up. Unfortunately not good customer service at this point. I have been patient and even asked if there was a miscommunication or anything to cause him to not want my business again.
