Tried to visit twice during business hours, locked and lights off. There was no response when we tried to call the number. Unprofessional.
They leveled my floors and made them flat and ripped out the carpet and installed luxury vinyl flooring
Edit: Going from 5 stars to 2. After a flood in my basement and 3 months of trying to get the owner of Click It Floors to get back to me after coming out to requote for replacement floors (no quote and no response to texts, calls, vm and email) I'm giving up. Unfortunately not good customer service at this point. I have been patient and even asked if there was a miscommunication or anything to cause him to not want my business again. The guys that installed my floors are the best.they went way beyond the call of duty to make sure my floors were perfect.i highly recommend them for all my friends and family.they made sure it was done right and on time.thanks click it flooring I will be using you for all my tile and floors from now on 👍
