What was once a fine computer service is now completely indifferent to their customers.
I was very disatisified overall, my first contact over the phone was great. I thought to myself this may be my new place to get service. Then I was wrong, I had my XPS service in February the intial fee was 49.99, which i was happy in paying. Then they call me up stated 99.99. I said okay two days went by, there tech called me stated"he has never seen anything like this before. He said "its going to cost $179.99 to fix it now, he gave me a whopping $30.00 credit.
