Super! The technicians at ClickAway repaired my HP desktop computer on a Sunday afternoon in under an hour. I called at 1:30 on Sunday afternoon with a computer that would no longer turn on and talked with Jeffrey at the ClickAway Computer and Network shop on Winfield, in San Jose. These guys really surprised me! I had a defective MacBook Pro from work to repair due to a defective screen. The two Apple service centers in Santa Cruz were Click Away and Dave's Computers, and because of the significantly higher reviews for Click Away, I went there. I took the machine in last Friday, not expecting the machine until the end of the week. These guys are great! Had a wonderful first time experience with this local Santa Cruz Company. The best Customer Service around. I worked with Taylor (on the phone & the check in process) and James (technician who worked on my computer), who explained in detail and very kindly what he saw in the diagnostic test. Both were super friendly and helpful. After upgrading the speed and a minor tune up---My computer is flying on the Internet. Great service and reasonable cost. My macbook all of a sudden wouldn't boot up and i got an awful grey screen instead of a lovely working computer. Hardware problem! I took it in and they got me in right away, they explained it may be bad and it may be an easy fix, but they'd help me along the way and it was going to be free if it since it was a hardware problem and I had applecare luckily. BBB A Rated Computer Repair - I know why – Want someone who can handle all your computer and cell phone issues? Go here. They are licensed, bonded and insured so I was confident in giving them my laptop. Then, I broke my cell phone screen twice, and they fixed it too while I waited.
Mac memory is half the price Apple charges. Buy your new Mac here; they'll transfer all your information from your old Mac. No need to travel back and forth to the Apple store in Los Gatos!

I brought my Macbook in once 6 months ago and was extremely satisfied with the work they did. The service was great, everyone was very nice, and they were able to get it fixed under warranty very quickly. I just took my dad's Toshiba in, and they did a great job again.
