Wonderful computer sales and service company – We have used Stratos for many years. They have provided consistently outstanding service and have always been available in an emergency. Although Stratos may not be the cheapest provider in Santa Cruz, in the long run the service and value provided mean that the product received is of the highest quality and has saved me substantial amounts over the years. Avoid at all costs – The owner Yorgos is a total scammer. He is a smooth talker, but the product he sold was way overpriced. His labor costs were also abnormally high. His communication skills are non existent. It was pretty evident that his own knowledge of computers was abysmal. His servive techs were nowhere to be found. All in all a really bad experience. This computer shop is best left alone.
