Apple Authorized Service and Sales provider. All warranty work performed. Same prices on new retail Apple products as the Apple store.
I took my iMac in on a Saturday afternoon. Click-Away performed all work and services under Apple Care and I was charged zero. That's how a warranty is supposed to work. No up-selling or fishing for billable time. The iMac was ready for pickup with a brand new hard drive installed Wednesday morning. I was supposed to go home to do a system restore from my Time Capsule backup because that's not covered by the Apple warranty but I asked ClickAway if they could do it for me for their small fee. I would give this place 10 stars if possible. I had used ClickAway before for minor repairs and once to remove a serious virus. Recently I was in the middle of a real estate transaction and my printer died. I took it into the shop and met Tim Roberts. Turned out that as I needed a printer pronto I purchased a new HP printer and a really competitive price. I came home and spent time getting the printer set up.
