I took my opal and sapphire ring to be repaired, as one of the sapphires had come out - again! Instead of just repairing the prongs, which had been done several times by others, they changed the sapphires' mountings to bezels. I was concerned that this would change the look of the ring. It is better than new and looks as if it was designed that way. I am very pleased with the service and price. Other jewelers wanted twice and three times the money just to repair the prongs.
