I have been seeing Nicole for almost 10 years now. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist. She is there whenever I need and has helped me grow in ways I never deemed possible!
Handled a billing issue disrespectfully, inappropriately, and unprofessionally. Jacquelyn did not respond when the issue was addressed. Very shameful for a mental health office to put someone under such duress.
Nicole literally only psychoanalyzes and doesn't believe in coping skills. She skipped phase 2 in EMDR, resourcing, which is key to the protocol. My poor friend came back triggered and panicking & with no tools to help themselves. Literally when they asked the next session, she said she didn't believe in coping skills & if they wanted some they should find a new therapist.
