They tried to deliver my flowers to the wrong location and called me to come and pick them up from the wrong location. It was 4:30 in the afternoon. I told them no they needed to deliver them to me and get to where I was by 5 pm because I was leaving work. No Flowers arrived by 5 pm. I called them and told them to cancel the order. I was late for my dinner reservations. THe next morning I came in and the flowers on my desk. They were dead and no water was in the vase. I will never use this Florist!!
