Never even returned my call. Try American Iron & Metal instead. They went out of their way to bring cash to me when their tow driver was late for our pre-arranged appointment; received $343 for a 1996 Honda that had been stripped by thieves. They pay by the pound; highly recommend.

It needed a new motor and repair estimates were from $3000 and $3400, unless risking a used motor installation for around $2,600. If you must scrap a car, be sure to get 2 to 3 offers. I have 2 boys who were experts in wrecking their vehicles. Recently called Cleveland Scrap Cars and they were quick and easy to deal with. They paid cash and included the towing in the price.
Car broke down on I-271 and apparently my transmission was damaged. Called several junk car buyers and Cleveland Scrap Cars was the most responsive, so I used them. They paid cash for the car and included the tow. Hopefully i won't need to scrap a car again anytime soon!
Very simple process of getting quote over the phone. In order to scrap a car you must have the title (which I had to find) and a tow driver arrived with the cash to take my junk car to be recycled. Overall, experience was average to good.
