We've been taking our dogs there for a couple years now and today was the first day we've had a problem. I'm pretty mad about the whole appt today. I scheduled a vaccine appt two months ago to get my dog her last set of shots. In between then and now, she's been spayed. And that surgery was about 3 weeks ago. Well apparently they decided to change her vaccine appt today to a "recheck" for the surgery and then charged me $43 for the appt PLUS some random anti-diarrhea medication because she had diarrhea ONCE, two days ago. Found them by accident and was one of the best accidents I have ever had, NO it is the BEST.
Everyone at CSAH has always been wonderful to us on our visits there. They have seen us thru many years of new puppy vaccinations and spay/neuters, surgeries, emergency visits, routine checkups and vaccination boosters and the final visit at the end. All with compassion, kindness and expert knowledge in whatever situation we were facing. We love and trust them to provide the very best medical care for our pets and our 4 furry children love them too!
Great staff!!! They all made me feel like i've been coming for years. Dr. Basdin was patient, and answered all questions. Couldnt be more kind to my dog Five thumbs up!!!!!
Up until today we had been happy with this vet. My wife received extremely bad service from one of the employees there while the others just stood around and watched. The doctor has been unresponsive to the situation, as well. My advice to you is to avoid this place at all cost until this employee has been dealt with. If the way she treats animals is anything like the way she treats people, your pet will suffer there for sure.
I am still waiting on a phone call from the doctor to explain how RUDE her employee Jeannie was today during my VET appointment. I will NOT be going back to this VET and I will let everyone know the horrible customer service they provide. This is after many dollars have been spent at this place.
I have been bring my pets here for about 10 years and absolutely love it and everyone there. Everyone there is so nice and goes out of their way to make it a great experience!!!
