I have 3 dogs and one cat . Yesterday I took one of my cocker spaniels and my cat for shot update . We saw Dr Plowman . She was wonderful with both of them . She loved and petted both of them slong with the teck. Both the teck and Dr Plowman she got down on floor with the dog and loved her and talked to her . All the Drs at Cleveland School Animal Hospital are excellent . It’s always very clean and good smelling and friendly when you walk in .
I took my furbaby Cloey in for the first time today and she saw Dr Basden and a vet tech. These two ladies made me and my doggie feel so welcome. I can not thank them enough for taking the time to explain things and actually show that they are there for the best interest of my dog. For me to fall in love with a vet it is a miracle. I text my husband half way through the visit and said i love this vet. His response was they must be good and you gals are. They took such good care of my Maverick, when he went in for possible obstruction from eating a corn cob AND a stuffed animal! Dr D'Ambrosio was very thorough and explained everything. We take all 5 of our labs there, and are pleased with their care.
The entire staff made the worst day ever a little better. From the time we first called and got a same day appt, to the time we left, after making the hardest decision of my life, the staff made the process as easy as possible. They ensured me that I was making the correct decision, and they made me feel like they were on my time and I was not rushed. Amazingly caring and compassionate people.
I just want to thank the whole staff for all they did for my son and I today. This was the first time I have had to put a dog down and they were awesome. They were on my time not theirs even though they were closing soon. I could not ask for a more caring staff from walking in the front door to leaving. Even though I live in north west Raleigh now, I would not take my dogs anywhere else. It is worth the 40 minute drive. They get an A+ for phenomenal service. Thank you everyone there for all the love and patience you have! �
