Do not waste your time and money here. The customer service is pathetic. I can’t review the actual therapy I never made it back to them. I have worked in customer service for over 20+ years. Lesson: You need to know how to multitask 100%. When you are on the phone with another patient and you have one standing in front of you, you need to acknowledge them and let them know you will be with them in a moment. Would give zero stars if I could. This place actually caused me to have a new injury. I have since spoken to their director Sarah Nestlerode twice. She didn’t care that her physical therapists complain openly, she didn’t care that I’m still dealing with an injury 50 days later, and she just hit me with a “I’m sorry you had a bad experience” while refusing to hear me out or tell me that education/anything was provided for the PT who caused my injury. This place is a joke. Literally didn't gwt any help at all here.
Was called personally by my 1 y/o physical therapist to confirm my appointment for the following day at 7:15am. I told her yes and wanted to double check that it was ok that I bring my other child due to childcare issues. She said that was fine , no problems there. Except that Mackenzie, the pediatric therapist never showed up for our appointment. After asking the front desk when we would be seen, at this point it was 7:30. Keep in mind. Our appt was at 7:15.
