It’s sad that my husband was forced to stay outside emergency room out in the heat with over 100 degree because of procedures , while staff members were without a mask and interacting with others .

I am strictly writing this review because of Dr. Sanders. All other personnel including patient check-in and nurses were PHENOMENAL. This is long winded but absolutely necessary. My husband injured his shoulder while playing softball in Cleveland. He is a 50% disabled Veteran so at the time he was only covered by the VA. I don't know if Dr. Sanders' treatment towards him was because of the fact that he was VA covered or if he's just a genuinely unkind man but I feel it's nece... Continue Reading
