The way they treat people with service dogs and with disabilities
The mall is very clean and offers a few good places to eat. I feel safe walking around with my 3 children. We enjoy still having a physical retail mall to go to. So many malls as closing these days. We're thankful for Cleveland mall!
Yes it might be a small mall but it is very nice and calming there when I go shopping and when I come to work, so yes I recommend Cleveland Mall to anyone who just wants to shop and get away from all the craziness
