The business is very unprofessional and, doesn't treat their customers with respect. I would suggest not to buy there. Their repair isn't professional performed!!!! Very unhappy customer!!!

On April 06, 2021 customer came into the store with a ring that had all prongs holding the center stone completely worn out. Told her how much it would cost, she agreed and we did the repair. She picked up the repaired ring on April 28, 2021 after many phone calls and mailed notices that her repair was ready. When she finally came in to get her repair, she put the ring on, paid and left.
