Late delivery by a day (guaranteed same day before 2pm pfft). Sent an email explaining they can send a bouquet of a different colour but never asked for confirmation or state this would result in the order being held until I personally contacted them back. Was for a family member before their fathers funeral and unfortunately this was late. Address was only 5-10 mins away as well. Don't expect same day delivery guys! Very disappointed
Having to try to order some roses for my gay partners valentines surprise, I was confronted by a women on the end of the phone who was nothing but rude and sarcastic about my wishes. Having being a resident of Raby Bay for many years I was extremely let down by this local provider who should not be trading.
+$100 bouquet ordered at 9:30am for ASAP delivery request. No delivery that day although they claim no later than 7pm for "off-peak".. Completely ruined the anniversary surprise. Call florist the next day, rude lady first claims she rejected the order through the Petal website network due to no stock, then changed her mind to "oh, i just missed it".... without any attempt at a heartfelt apology.
