I did not see the doctor. I was just trying to get glasses. They were very disorganized and when I pushed back on the pricing, they kept lowering the price to get me to buy. I did against my better judgement. I told them I needed the glasses asap. They told me it should be about 2 weeks. They sat on my order for 3 days before placing it with the lab. I never got any updates unless I call to find out where the glasses are. When I called today I was told that they had not shipped yet and should be in "sometime" next week. My o... read more
Dr is nice. Staff is not helpful. My frames were less than a year old and the arm hinge broke. They didn't carry the frame anymore and recommended I wait a month and use my insurance to buy new glasses. Who wins in that scenario??? Then I ordered the frame online and asked if they could swap out the lenses....said it would cost me $50!!!! Walmart did it in 5 minutes and it was FREE. Buyer beware.
Very thorough exam not rushed at all and Dr. Saliba was very informative. Not sure what other reviews are about because the prescription I got is the best I have seen in years. I highly recommend this place.
My experience was terrible. I do not recommend this place or OD. I was told I couldn't get a written prescription until I quote "paid up " which I had the money for. If I wasn't going to pay I wouldn't have came, (common sense). Was asked to sit in the chair that had acholol dripping all down it. Was chastised because I rescheduled my appointment. Then they called me on the day I rescheduled for and said the doctor had to reschedule because she was ill. Just plain old bad service.
