Get service. Broke my glasses within a few days of getting them and they order me a whole new frame and didnt have to pay a dime.
srry but this place is horrible. I had my appt at 1:15 didn’t get seen till 2pm. I’m assuming the Doctor finally came in didn’t introduce himself, not one smile- nothing. Took him less than 5 minutes to determine whatver he does for my eyesight. Went in today for my glasses and they made my vision super blurry. Made me more blind with them on and the lady who gave me my glasses said I had to adjust to them and to come in if it doesn’t get better… adjust? to being more blind than usual??…. I've been a patient at Cleveland EyeCare for a while now and it's one of those practices you just stop thinking about switching because there's no reason to. Everything runs smoothly from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff is always pleasant and organized. Wait times are reasonable, which I appreciate because some eye care offices can keep you sitting for a while before you even get called back. That's not the case here. The exam itself is thorough.
