This place is beyond disrespectful, and rude making their clients feel like crap because they want to cause a scene and get the attention of the entire office definitely will NOT be back
Love the eye care.They were excellent because I have a handicap.
If you like sitting in the small lobby for 2 hours when you have an appointment scheduled a year in advance, this is the place for you. Four or five ladies working behind the counter that act like they are lost. No parking available. No handicap access. They told me to park at the business next door when I called asking where to park. This place is a joke.
Awesome experience. Simply the best optometrist office in Shelby. Friendly service, easy scheduling, and a great staff. Go here for all of your eye care needs.
