Excellent staff great care love this place
I have been going to Cleveland Eyecare about 30 years! The staff has always provided friendly service while taking great care of my eyes. Dr Street Hamrick is efficient and professional.
Nice selection of glasses. Very helpful. The staff have a great sense of humor.
Terrible office staff. They are impossible to get a hold of or to get service from unless you are standing in front of them. They don't answer the phone nor return voice mail. They rely on an automated messaging system which either doesn't work or they ignore. My wife requires specialized contacts and have called and left messages for the last weeks and is unable to get a response. I couldn't get an appointment without driving up there to schedule in person. No apologies, no customer service, instead just excuses. Office ful... read more
