Love the eye care.They were excellent because I have a handicap.
If you like sitting in the small lobby for 2 hours when you have an appointment scheduled a year in advance, this is the place for you. Four or five ladies working behind the counter that act like they are lost. No parking available. No handicap access. They told me to park at the business next door when I called asking where to park. This place is a joke.
Awesome experience. Simply the best optometrist office in Shelby. Friendly service, easy scheduling, and a great staff. Go here for all of your eye care needs.
I had a great experience at Cleveland Eye Care. I’ve worn contacts and glasses my whole life and have been to several different eye doctors. The communication was excellent and the consultation was smooth. Dr. Hamrick was great he answered my questions made my time feel useful unlike some others doctors I’ve been too. Will definitely be going back.
I cannot recommend this office enough. The office is clean, the staff are wonderful and you don’t have to wait 6-8 months for an appointment like other offices. Two of my sons had to be seen (ages 8&5) and the staff were great at helping the boys understand what we were doing and why. The doctor was very thorough and did very well managing two impatient boys.
