The Cleveland Eye clinic billing department needs to deal with account questions in a timely manner. My wife had cataract surgery with an inner ocular lens(2) in early February. I've contacted CEC billing department over 10 times with questions about her bill. The account history we received from CEC does not match the one sent by Midwest Vision partners. An entire month of payment history is missing from the information sent by MVP. Each bill we receive has a different " balance due" amount. I've been told that our ca... read more
