my son had surgery there, the surgeon was amazing and so was his team. the nurses and anesthesiologists were amazing as well. they all were step by step with everything that was going to happen. made my son feel super comfortable so he wasn’t scared and to help him get through it
After waiting several weeks to be seen, I can't begin to describe how disappointing the visit with Dr. Batia was. She dismissed any symptoms I was having without even examining me. She then stated that they could not help me here and to make an appointment with another department and that "it was okay if I had to wait a few more weeks to be seen, this isn't an urgent matter". Worst place ever for anyone pregnant , theyare very unprofessional and almost impossible to get ahold af anyone in the office
My appointment with Dr. Lindsay Clark was a pure waste of time. She was impatient, rude and useless. When I asked her to repeat what I couldn't understand through her mask, she was aghast. For my eye issues she said she didn't know how to help me and would have to email another doctor for direction. She told me to send her a message on my chart to ask what she found out from the other doctor. When I asked if she could message me on mychart directly, she said she didn't have time. Sigh. Not worthy of even one star.
