Worse experience waiting for one hour and 45 minutes and then 35 minutes in the room i got dress went outside and Dr was sitting talking and when He saw me that I was mad they said my appointment was a different time. Manager didn’t care they just think the patient needs the service thats why they are very disrespectful
I had bad kidney stones and I mean blocking my kidney and infected bad. A nephrostomy tube was inserted until they could get me in for Lithotripsy. About a week later the Dr preformed lithotripsy to unblock it. Long story short it wasn't done correctly and my Kidney re-blocked. The Dr couldnt have been any less apologetic about it, in fact the Dr was QUITE rude! So they scheduled me for a second surgery.
