Very slow service for an express care, better off going to Middleburgh Hts much fast service there, what was I thinking.
I underwent Outpatient surgery here and the kind and caring professionals made my experience extremely reassuring and comfortable. Within the last 6 weeks I've undergone 2 procedures that went very well all around. Im glad I was given to the fine health care professionals there who were above anyone's expectations. Thankful and grateful to all of you there .
I love CCF but unfortunately it was a painful experience just to make a PCP appointment for a new patient , they were not professional, couldn’t verify my insurance then transferred me to somewhere that told me I was not registered then transferred me back to the appointment option, I was on the phone for 20 mins and at the end the call was dropped somehow (not from my side, I had full 5G signal). For a world class hospital they need to hire people who are professional
I scheduled a routine mammogram at this Strongsville location and, like a responsible adult, called ahead to confirm that bringing my service dog would be allowed. I was told yes—because, of course, that’s the law. Fast forward to the appointment, where the technician immediately decided to audition for “Most Creative Misinterpretation of the ADA.” Her main concern?
