I scheduled a routine mammogram at this Strongsville location and, like a responsible adult, called ahead to confirm that bringing my service dog would be allowed. I was told yes—because, of course, that’s the law. Been here over an 1 1/2hrs. I checked in through MyChart for express care at home. Clicked on “on my way”. Got here in 10 min, kiosks say not to check in there for Express Care, go straight to express care. The TV in Express Care says if your name is not on the list to go to the desk. Our name was on the list. We were next in line while watching numerous others go in. Watching “walk in” after “walk-in” go in. After 1/2 an hour our name dropped to 5th in line. I made an appointment on 12/19 with a Scheduler who sounded like I just woke him up from a late-afternoon Friday nap. The Cleveland Clinic needs to get their people back in the office and stop this “work from home” nonsense. I explained to him why I needed an appointment, and even though he reviewed the order, he absentmindedly and uncaringly set up an appointment on 1/5 with a P.A. in Strongsville. The Strongsville location will not return my phone calls after leaving several voicemail messages and after also speaking to a human and leaving a message. They seem too busy to help those not standing directly in front of them. I suggest calling Brunswick, Medina, or any other location other than Strongsville.
